If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, you can simply return your jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Should you receive goods that are not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
To return an item to us, or to exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of when you cancelled your order.
Unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, bespoke goods that have been customised or made to your own specifications which we do not carry in stock may not be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
