14ct yellow gold, lacquer enamel & black diamond pave
The Memphis collection is entirely made in the UK, in the studio of one of Hatton Garden’s last pattern makers trained to create original models by hand. Bringing a maker’s sensibility to production, the pieces are cast in 14ct gold, then set and hand lacquered in London.
Inspired by Ettore Sottsass’s famous design movement, the collection enables the wearer to create totemic stacks of colour. Candy Pavé replaces the gold in Alice’s classic Memphis Single Stripe with a pave of diamonds or tone-on-tone colorful sapphires, creating a contemporary refresh to the concept of the eternity band.
Candy Pavé stone rings make a colourful alternative bridal option and can be made to measure, where clients can choose stones and colours to order. Alice is regularly commissioned to recreate heirloom pieces into new jewellery in this style.The pieces can be worn together or next to client’s existing jewels to add flashes of vibrant colour.
Memphis pieces can be made in Fairtrade metals. Made to order in 10-12 weeks.
