This beautiful pendant’s central diamond was selected for Alice by diamond specialists Yeraua for its subtle colour and fire.
Inspired by Ettore Sottsass's famous design movement, the Memphis collection enables the wearer to create totemic stacks of colour. The cold lacquer gives strength to the colour as well as offering an unlimited palette, and the pieces can be worn together or next to the client’s existing jewels to add flashes of vibrant colour.
Memphis pieces can also be cast in Fairtrade metals or a client’s gold. Memphis rings can also be made to measure engagement rings and wedding bands, where clients can choose stones and colours to order.
The collection is entirely made in the UK, in the studio of one of Hatton Garden’s last pattern makers trained to create original models by hand. Bringing a maker’s sensibility to production, the pieces are cast in 14ct gold, then set and hand lacquered in London.
